Working LAX

Local knowledge is the job

LAX's international arrivals hub — long known as the Tom Bradley International Terminal — is now signed as Terminal B after the airport's terminal renumbering. Plenty of arrival boards and older signage still reference the old name. Greeters based in Los Angeles learn the terminals, the fastest routes between them, and where flights actually let travelers out — the same knowledge that makes a client's arrival feel effortless.
